The competition label does not say whether the match is pre-match, live or complete. Add the current state and innings so a reader knows whether the score is still changing.
Calculate what a chase needs now
Required run rate is runs still needed divided by overs remaining. If a side needs 27 from 18 legal balls, three overs remain; 27 ÷ 3 gives nine runs per over. If a boundary or wicket occurs, the situation changes and the current rate should be recalculated.
This is a pace requirement, not a prediction. Remaining wickets and batters available help describe the situation but do not change the arithmetic. Keep the target and remaining balls beside the calculation.
